The one thing I liked was that the place accepts pets. The rooms were cold despite the heating, and I wouldn't choose this place for the pool: it's tiny and doesn't look like the photo. I asked several times for more towels and was promised they would be brought to my room, but waited three days. It could work for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a group of friends; renting a house would be better.
We had trouble finding the hotel because the map pin is in the wrong place. Search for orbi palace elinora. Once we found it, the hotel was better than expected, though there is no shattaf.
Loved this place and the service. I'll definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️
The hotel itself is beautiful and the service was excellent. My issue was with the cleaning staff: they came to replace the kettle so I could heat water, then said it wasn't their problem. The kettle was dirty and rusty inside.
The room was nothing like the listing showed, which was the most disappointing part. The furniture and rooms felt old, the bed creaked, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
