I arrived around 10 p.m., and Georges at reception was really helpful. He called the owner, who moved us to a different apartment at no extra cost. I wish there were more people like him in Tbilisi. He was helpful and spoke English, which I found pretty rare. I’d booked late at night and thought the room would have a balcony, but Georges explained we’d been assigned a random room without one. Check what you’re booking to avoid that disappointment. The room also wasn’t soundproof, so noise could be an issue if you’re sensitive to it. Even so, I had a great experience.

I was woken up against my will again today at 9 a.m., even though I wanted to sleep until noon. The floors are really bad and the walls are thin, so you hear every step your neighbor takes. I don’t recommend it.

The apartment was large, cozy, and close to the city center. It was very neat and clean, with new furniture, a smart TV, and a bidet. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a nice stay and definitely recommend it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the apartments turned out to be amazing for a long business stay or for families with kids. They’re really clean and fully furnished, and the host is great.
