The location is the real draw: the beach and Alphabet Tower are about 5 minutes away, and Piazza and the restaurants are around 3 minutes away. The place itself feels more like a student dorm, though. The balcony is so small that a relaxed evening there with a glass of wine for two isn't really an option.

There doesn't seem to be a guesthouse here. No sign, nothing.

The owner was really friendly and helped me out with some extra things. The location is perfect too.

Unprofessional, and it felt like a scam!
