The building is still unfinished, so our investment has been left worthless. There’s no water or electricity, and rain gets in through the badly built window areas. Any work done inside now may need to be redone if the company ever corrects these problems. The apartment building’s completion has been delayed by more than three years, in breach of the contract and the promises made to us. We were promised white-frame construction, but got a complete black-frame structure that needs extensive rework. The materials are far below the agreed quality, and the ceiling was supposed to be 2.85 meters high but is only 2.68 meters. From the start, the company’s way of operating seemed deceitful. Their poor management and lack of accountability have caused major financial and emotional distress. I strongly advise against working with [Construction Firm like house]. Google doesn’t let me give zero stars. This company delayed the project by more than 12 months, so I cancelled. Now they say I have to wait until the flat is sold before they’ll refund me. The agreement terms are stacked against customers, so read them carefully. I don’t consider the company trustworthy.

I’ve recently moved into a Like House property, and I’m really impressed with the place and its location. It’s in the middle of a tourist hotspot, which makes it suitable for earning extra money through short-term rentals. The sales team helped me understand the local market and were always available for questions, so the whole process was easy. I enjoy staying here, and the chance to earn is a big bonus.

After we signed the contract, communication became disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. They postponed delivery of the house at Tbel-abusaridze street 3 in Batumi three times. The announced delivery date is now two years later than the date we were told when we bought the apartment. I absolutely don’t recommend doing business with this company.
