Evgeniy, the owner of Orbi City Apartments, was kind, helpful, and professional throughout our conversations. I really appreciate his honesty and support. Booking directly with him made for a much better experience than going through booking platforms, so I highly recommend it. Thank you, Evgeniy! ๐๐๐๐๐
We booked through booking, and itโs a big complex where finding reception is really difficult. Thereโs no parking lot, so we had to leave the car on the street. The building looks like itโs finished, but work is still going on and it didnโt feel safe. After a windy night, some stones fell onto my car and damaged its roof.
The view was nice, but the room smelled bad, and the chairs were all stained. The sheets and covers were very dirty too.
I contacted them through their website today to ask about a reservation, and they replied, โsorry, we are all busyโ to review the request. Great response. Update: This booking was for two weeks from now, not today, so saying โwe are all busyโ doesnโt seem justified. See my email for further evidence. Iโm trying to get a service, and I have the right to share my experience with a 1-star rating. I hope they take this feedback positively and improve how they respond to customers.
The apartments are great, and the service is very professional. Good quality for the price. Iโd recommend them in any season except the cold winter.
