The balcony railing wobbles, the glass door is unsafe to open, and even the door frames seem to be pulling away from the walls. Inside, there are insects on the floor, rust throughout the bathroom, scratches on the bedroom walls, peeling countertop covering, dirty cutlery and glasses, mould in the fridge, and several lights that don't work. The shower drain backs up, so we had to keep showers short to avoid flooding. We were left with less than a roll of toilet paper for multiple nights. The whole building lost power for several hours during our stay, including the heating and Wi-Fi. When we arrived, we had to wait for the power to be turned on. The washing machine didn't rinse the detergent out, so we washed our clothes twice, wrung them out by hand, then hung them on a broken line. They won't dry in time for our trip to another city, so they'll smell damp when we get there. We were told we'd been upgraded, but the room was horrible. The owner lied to us. We had to pay cash at the start, which seemed suspicious, so we asked for a receipt. It took several requests before they made one. The front desk people have nothing to do with the hotel and refuse to help. Absolutely disgusted. I want my money back. Do not stay here.
