The rooms are big and there are lots of amenities available. Great hotel and host, and the guy is pretty funny too. I’ll definitely come back.

The owner was really welcoming, and the neighborhood isn’t touristy, which I see as a plus. It’s a 15-minute stroll to the city centre. The room is large and has what you need, except there’s no fridge in it. There is one downstairs in the common room. The furniture in our room could use an update, but the size makes up for that. Good value for the money.

The owner was very friendly and even carried our luggage, lifting two bags at a time, each weighing more than 20 kg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. It’s right in the heart of town, and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we go to Tbilisi.
