The room is simple, though it has most of what you need. For the price, it's a good stay in Batumi. You're close to the center, but set back from the busy road, so nights are quiet.

It gets really hot in the morning, and the walls are thin. Still, the courtyard setting keeps it peaceful and quiet, away from the street, and the area has a nice feel.

There was a urine smell in the bathroom, and the bedding had a sweaty smell mixed with old perfume. The apartment door didn't shut properly, so I felt like there was no privacy at all.

I stayed two nights, so I didn't make a big deal of the small room. The location is very good and the room is decent for the price, but the beds are so old and uncomfortable that they really need replacing.
