The staff weren't helpful and didn't speak English, and the hotel felt dirty. There's no room service, either. For the poor service, the price is too high. The location is far from most activities. This isn't a four-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
The room was clean, but it was cold, and there was no kettle or room service. The staff couldn't speak English, though they were helpful. It's also somewhat far from the beach.
