The hotel was under renovation, with noise going on all the time and paint smells that made it hard to breathe. The service and breakfast were bad too. In the bathroom, several fittings were broken, including the flush, nozzle, and mirror, and the upholstery was torn and worn. The water heater barely worked, and there was no heating in the room despite the 6-degree cold. I wouldn’t suggest anyone book here.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The room smelled bad, though I couldn’t tell what the smell was, and I was given a room for four even though I was alone, with just one cupboard. Almost all the staff couldn’t speak English, and the receptionist was rude when I asked to borrow an adaptor for my different charger plug. I even offered to lend him my charger, but he still said no. I couldn’t find anything positive about the place.

It’s clean, but the hotel feels very old. There’s only one elevator and it moves painfully slowly. The faucets don’t work right either.

On the first morning of our two-day stay, we couldn’t eat at all because there were no seats and no food. The waiters shouted at customers and cursed at them. This was the worst experience I’ve had.
