The sea is right across the street from this new building. The apartments and rooms feel fresh, and there’s a free elevator. Nearby, you can watch planes take off and land, which makes for some nice photos.

Repairs drag on for years, even though they charge maintenance fees for work that isn’t being done. The whole thing feels carelessly put together, and they seem to try to cheat you at every turn. I’d avoid dealing with this developer or buying anything from them.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel was very bad, the rooms smelled unpleasant, breakfast came late, and the menu was limited.
