The rooms were clean, though I found a pair of socks under the chair that weren't ours. It's a quiet place at a reasonable price, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful with things like taxis. The center is a little far, but the metro is less than an 8-minute walk away. A mall is a short cab ride away, and there's a nearby supermarket, though there's nowhere close for a proper meal. One caution: if you want to extend your stay, confirm with the staff beforehand by email. A phone call isn't enough, and that's where their friendliness hits a speed bump.

I stayed at three hotels during my trip around Georgia, and this one was the best. The staff service was top-notch, and they responded so quickly I could hardly believe it. The room size was adequate, cleanliness was perfect and the location was good enough. It's a perfect budget place for a vacation, and I'd highly recommend it.

For a short stay, this tidy, practical hotel is good value. It's well connected to central Tbilisi, and the new property has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a 24-hour front desk. The women at reception are outgoing and very helpful. The breakfast menu could use some work, though.

The rooms at Green Panaroma Hotel are quiet, nicely designed and pleasant to stay in. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and did all they could to make guests happy. I had a really great experience.
