The walk is nice, and the upper end of the street is pleasant. Down the other end, though, avoid the tourist cafes. The food was poor and far too expensive, and the street staff were too pushy.

Tbilisi has some beautiful avenues, and this is one of them. There are plenty of international restaurants and cafes, along with halal food.
