The sea view is really nice, but the balcony doesn't feel safe for kids. This tower has 42 floors, and every room belongs to a different owner, so rooms can vary a lot. I'd suggest checking directly with the tower Receiption, since they usually coordinate with owners about which rooms are available.

Not being able to prove delivery really takes away from this vacation spot.

Mr Rati was a really kind and helpful host. The apartment had everything we needed: a bedroom, a little kitchen stocked with pots, dishes, cups and cutlery, plus a bathroom with a washing machine. We also had Wi-Fi, a TV and air conditioning. The balcony looked out over the sea, city and mountains. Such a lovely stay, definitely five stars.

I left after just three days because I couldn't manage a whole week here. The view was the only thing worth two stars. The furniture and bedding all need replacing, and it was very noisy.

The view was amazing and the place itself was nice. Parking was a problem, though: there wasn't a dedicated space, only public parking along the street.
