The worst stay we’ve had. We were put in an awful apartment, then moved on the second day to the one I had actually booked. The first place was filthy and in bad shape. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, with a grimy mop and broom left in the shower. The bedrooms were so cramped there wasn’t room for even a small suitcase, and the stained curtains and pilled bed linen made it impossible to sleep. Kitchen drawers were broken, and water kept leaking under the sink. Leave it for an hour and the floor would be flooded. The balcony was dirty, and from the third floor we looked onto the backyard of a restaurant under construction. Internet hadn’t been paid for, so it didn’t work. Those were just our first-day impressions. On day 2, the power was out from early morning until noon. Nothing worked, and fumes from the generator were so bad it was hard to breathe. It only supplied power to the elevator and lobby. The restaurant was closed. Breakfast came to the room: 2 eggs fried in oil, bread, a piece of terrible sausage, and 2 glasses of juice for 4 people. No coffee, tea, or other food options. They said breakfast in the restaurant would start the second day, but it never did. We turned the breakfasts down and were promised a refund. Nobody returned the money, and they simply stopped responding. They cleaned once in 6 days, and only after we asked. At 10 PM, two girls came by and offered fresh sheets and towels, then left without even taking the trash. That was the whole cleaning. The floors were dirty, with dust and everything else still around. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

You can wake up to the sound of the sea in a clean room here, and I’d definitely come back next year. The hotel is nice and clean, with a great view from the terrace and rooftop pool. The restaurant serves good Georgian food, though the staff kept us waiting a long time for food and drinks, which seems to be an issue at restaurants across the country. A few things brought it down a star: there’s no room service, there were zero parking spaces, and they still charged extra for booking parking. The bathroom water also wasn’t properly hot.

The host was kind and welcoming, which was the one good part. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, the service was disappointing, and the manager was even worse, disrespectful and unhelpful. The overall conditions were horrible. Prices are high, they demanded extra money for a towel instead of simply providing one, and the swimming pool was very dirty. They also charge extra to use it. Absolutely unacceptable.

Beautiful room views of the Black see and mountains, plus a cool rooftop swimming pool and sauna. I recomend the hotel and I”ll come back 😎
