Our vacation started badly. We arrived from Turkey to Georgia on February 6, 2025, at around 2:30 AM, I think, and were in room 914 on the ninth floor of Block G. We'd booked a suite with a beach view, but the woman at reception said we'd have to take whatever room was available, perhaps one at the back. Why should that be? Rooms have different prices. She spoke to us arrogantly and wouldn't even look at us. We didn't pay to be insulted, and came here for a holiday, only to face her disrespectful, arrogant attitude. There wasn't anyone at the desk when we first entered. Maybe they were asleep or resting in the back rooms. Only the security guard was there, looking a little concerned. We rang the bell and waited before he came over. I work at a hotel in Antalya too. If something goes wrong, we apologize and at least try to help. The reception desk is the first thing a guest encounters, so I suggest changing the receptionist. Maybe you could teach her to smile a little. She spoke in her own language instead of English, saying things like, “It's always the same with Turks,” about us in Georgian, apparently thinking we wouldn't understand. I gave one point for the communication with us, and for her disrespect and arrogance. Thanks to her, our holiday got off to a bad start.
