The room was comfortable and the property was clean and lovely, but what stood out most was how well we were looked after. Gio from Guest Relations and Kakha were always checking that everything was all right. They were warm, professional, and attentive, and you could tell they really like helping people. We had a great stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended.

Gio made our stay at Wyn Residences feel special. He was attentive to every detail, welcoming, and clearly happy to help. The property itself was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable too. I'd gladly stay again, and recommend it.

We’ve been here for a month and haven’t had any issues with the water or electricity. The infrastructure is excellent, the neighborhood is modern, and people are friendly. Kakha was kind and thoughtful when he checked us in. And if anything comes up, Gio in guest relations is the person to ask. He sorts things out quickly and treats you with real care and humanity.

The airport is right nearby, and being in such a touristy area means prices reflect that. The bigger problem, though, is the fire alarms. They go off constantly, about every other day at random times, sometimes at 6am and sometimes at 11pm. It’s so irresponsible that if there were a real fire, people might ignore the alarm and die. I’m extremely disappointed this is allowed to happen. Expect plenty of sleepless nights for your money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Everything was tidy, organized, and comfortable during our stay. Gio was especially helpful, always kind and professional, and ready to lend a hand with a smile. He made things easy for us. Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Madloba 🙏
