The hotel was spotless and well organized, with services that went beyond what I expected. The management was professional, attentive, and quick to respond, and seemed truly committed to guests having a good stay. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and the service professional. My sincere thanks to the management and staff for making our stay memorable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel first on a future visit.

The staff were kind and helped me with every request and problem. The owners are lovely people, and travelling here with my child, I felt safe and comfortable. The place itself was comfortable and matched the booking description. The room was clean, the AC worked, and the water and shower were fine. The park with children's attractions and the dolphin show is a two-minute walk away. It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, and a pleasant walk of 10-15 minutes takes you to the old city centre. I liked it a lot and would stay here again if I return to Batumi. Many thanks to everyone working there for the hospitality.
