The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and our balcony experience was awful. At first the room and staff seemed great, but it soon felt like we weren't welcome. We were told to leave our seats on the balcony because guests in another room wanted our table. We said no, since the room description said there was a balcony. Later, those guests got aggressive while we were quietly having a drink outside, and management backed them. The owner assaulted me, and we were kept off the balcony even though guests from other rooms could use it.

The balcony was nice, though the owners and workers weren't very friendly.
