I stopped in for the restaurant, not an overnight stay. The food was tasty, the portions generous, and the service was fine. Great wine, too. The place is super quiet in winter. It's set in a renovated old German mill, with a charming garden for relaxing on warmer days, a restaurant serving Georgian cuisine, and several cozy rooms.

It's a beautiful place, but the restaurant isn't operating. We came for lunch and were turned away. I called the listed number, and they confirmed there was no restaurant.

The food was tasty, and there's a cozy yard for children with views of st. Peter and Paul Monastery of the Bolnisi. I didn't try their wine this time, but maybe next time. A nice place in Bolnisi. I hadn't expected to find somewhere like this there.
