We stayed in a family room with plenty of space, a cozy sitting area, and a kitchen stocked with the necessary utensils and a fridge. It was clean and comfortable, and the towels and linens were fresh. Everything was kept in good condition during our visit. The family who own and manage the property were so kind and hospitable, they really made us feel at home. The hotel is on a quiet street close to the center and main attractions. Being able to pay by card or cash was convenient. I'd recommend it if you're after a peaceful, welcoming stay near the center.

My mother, Margarita, and my two teenage sons are traveling around Georgia in July 2025. I booked their stay here, and they told me how wonderful the hospitality was from Tina, the hotel manager. The host was incredibly kind and welcomed us warmly. She even gave us a sealed bottle of their homemade wine. We stayed two days with my husband, and found the rooms clean and comfortable, with new facilities. There's a lovely terrace with a barbecue grill on the third floor, and the hotel is close to Borjomi's historical park. The prices are surprisingly affordable, and I think the quality is better than the cost suggests. 10/10.
