The room was very clean, and the whole place is beautiful. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and flexible. They even let us use their personal washing machine. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Georgia.

I wouldn’t recommend this guest house based on my stay. The hostess was friendly, and there was a kitchen with a dining table, but the rest was disappointing. The room had old, worn furnishings, creaky walls, and a stiff mattress; the bed linen didn’t fit properly. The bedroom windows were dirty, and the curtains kept falling off the rail. The shower holder was broken and seemed to have been left that way, which made showering awkward. There was loud movie watching after 23:00, and even after I said it was disturbing my sleep, the representative only turned it down instead of switching it off. Noisy neighbors, barking dogs, and children shouting also made it hard to rest.

We stayed for two nights in March 2023 and had a great time. Bichiko is a wonderful person as well as a great host. We could stay up late chatting with him over homemade wine and chacha about all sorts of things. The one downside is that the property is quite far from the cafes and restaurants in the town centre. That can be handy, though, if you’ve eaten a bit too much Georgian food and need a walk to burn it off :)

The area is very quiet and comfortable, and the room is clean, full of sunlight, and fully equipped. It’s great for families with children. The hosts are excellent and always ready to help, and they picked us up by car when we arrived. We also enjoyed barbecue evenings with free homemade Georgian wine and beer. Five-plus stars, highly recommended!

The host is super nice, and the room, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean. Everything was perfect, and it’s a very cheap, good place to stay.
