From our balcony, we watched lovely sunrises and sunsets over the sea during our stay from August 17th to 25th, 2025. The terrace also has unforgettable views of both the sea and mountains. The family who runs the hotel were wonderful hosts, pleasant and quick to help, and we're very grateful for the stay. Everything was clean and cozy, especially the kitchen, which was spotless. Breakfast is included, and you can either cook for yourself or order lunch and dinner. The uphill walk back from the sea was easy for us. The beach is pebbly, so aqua shoes are useful. I highly recommend this place.

The sea was clean and the beach was quiet, with few people around, just right for a restful break. It takes about seven minutes to walk down the stairs to get there. By car, Batumi is around 40 minutes away and Kobuleti about 20. I arrived on July 12th and had a wonderful stay. The hostess made me feel welcome, and everything was fresh and clean. Breakfast came with the stay, with a tasty and varied selection. The views from the room and terrace were a highlight, looking out over the mountains, sea, and Batumi.

Finches were chirping all around us, among the greenery and lemon and mandarin trees. The views were amazing, and our hostess, Salome, was very attentive. The place is a little way from the city, though it isn't far from the sea if that's what you're after.

The hotel sits high on a mountain, and there are 170 steps down to the sea, so getting around from there is difficult. I couldn't find it on Yandex Maps and had to search through Booking.com. The signs are tucked into the trees and can't be seen from the road. The owner is a lovely woman, and the staff are friendly.
