River Side Hotel Tbilisi

The staff made us feel welcome, and the whole place was clean and relaxing. It has such a warm, peaceful feel, more like a second home than a hotel. One of the coziest places I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely come back.

My husband and I had such a fun time in Tbilisi. J’adore! This hotel felt just as elegant and fancy as places in Paris, where I’m visiting from France. You can feel the European standards in the care and simplicity of everything they do.

Tiffany terrace is a great spot, with an awesome dessert selection, and the breakfast spread was very nice. The property has a boutique hotel feel, and the rooms are lovely. Its location worked well for us, close enough to the main attractions without being right on top of them. Reception staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond. We had a great stay, would return, and would recommend it to families.

When we came back that evening, we found all our belongings had been moved to another room without our knowledge or consent. Staff handling guests' personal things that way is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. It shows a serious lack of respect for privacy and basic hospitality, and I hope management takes this seriously and trains the team so it doesn't happen again. At check-in, we were told the room we had booked wasn't available. The staff asked us to spend one night in a different room and assured us we'd move the next day. We had an early morning trip and couldn't arrange a room change before leaving. I usually avoid negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. I've stayed in many hotels and have never had staff move my belongings without permission.
