This place feels more like a lodge than a hotel. The rooms are dirty and smell bad, and you can hear everything because there's no soundproofing. The reception manager was very rude and seemed to have no idea what customer service means.

I forgot to take a photo of the room, but I liked the building, especially the open space in the middle where you can sit and relax. My room was small, though it had a work table, a little balcony, a nice view and was warm. It was quite dark, so I had to switch on all the lights, including the two bedside lamps. Breakfast was good, even if the food was almost the same each day during our week there. They also have a scale for weighing your luggage, and the cleaners were friendly. The receptionist was only so-so, but that didn't affect us.

It was a budget-friendly stay, and breakfast is offered for 20 lari per person. You can also buy a European-style adaptor at reception for 4 lari. The room was large and nice, with a good bathroom and a view of the Golden cathedral, about a five-minute walk away. It was peaceful away from the city's bustle. A few things bothered me: the pillowcases looked dated, the hot-water kettle was rusty, and the sofa didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time.
