The price change left me uncomfortable, and after this visit I don't feel good about booking again. My family and I had stayed here several times before, especially for football matches, and we used to love the location. Before arriving, I confirmed directly with the hotel on WhatsApp: 130 GEL per room per night, 520 GEL total. I had mistakenly booked September 4-6 instead of 3-5. After a long 5 hour drive, I arrived at 2 am, explained the date mistake, and asked if we could change to the correct dates. The receptionist asked me to wait, spoke with someone for about 15 minutes, then said the new price would be 160 GEL per room per night, 640 GEL total. I was exhausted and accepted, but it didn't seem fair. The hotel wasn't fully booked, so availability wasn't an issue. I could understand charging more for the first night because of the date change, but increasing the price for both nights felt like taking advantage of the situation.

People who aren't quite adequate often visit this hotel and apparently toss food, garbage, cans, and vodka bottles from the balcony and roof onto the street. It seems they bring everything past the administrator to avoid paying double the price. Be careful even when walking by, since a bottle could hit you on the head.

TM Apart Hotel was clean and comfortable, and suited both short and long stays. The staff were supportive and always willing to help. Special thanks to Tatia at reception, who was professional and kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Her customer service really stood out. I'd recommend TM Apart Hotel if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay.

I enjoyed staying here. One of Tbilisi's best hotels, with a pool on the top floor, cold AC in the rooms, and balconies.

The staff were kind, and I liked the spacious rooms and the pool. My room, 806, had a nice view, and it had a shattf (bidet shower). The price was reasonable. There were several problems, though: the AC didn't work at all, the mini bar fridge was out of order, the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, and the telephone didn't work either. Breakfast costs GEL 25 if you don't book it with the room in advance, but the selection wasn't varied enough to be worth that price. With the current level of service, I can't recommend it. If they take better care of the rooms, this could become a great hotel.
