The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi

We picked The Biltmore Tbilisi for our first anniversary, and it was absolutely worth it. The property is stunning, and breakfast had an amazing spread, including Indian options, which are rare. The in-house casino and salon/spa added to the experience. Service was warm, attentive, and well coordinated. One of the most luxurious stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

The glass swimming pool and big rooms were fantastic, and the views of all Tbilisi from the restaurant on the top, 31st floor were the best. The food and service were the best in Tbilisi, with smiling faces everywhere. It’s a great place for families, and we made our best memories ever at Biltmore ❤️ Prices are very competitive compared with other hotels. Come and try it for yourself.

The location is right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the hotel felt calm and premium throughout. Breakfast had a good selection and quality, too. The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi has striking architecture and beautiful city views, especially from the higher floors. Rooms are modern, roomy, very comfortable, and clean, with nice attention to detail. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. I’d definitely choose it again and recommend it if you’re after comfort, elegance, and a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

I waited over an hour at the lobby café without being served. After about 30 minutes at a table near the café, no one had come to take my order, and an employee walked past without acknowledging me. I waited almost another hour, then called hotel reception from my personal phone. The receptionist apologized and said she’d tell the café staff right away. Soon after, an employee came over. Rather than acknowledge the wait, the employee said guests were expected to order at the cashier because many people sit without ordering. That surprised me, especially since the lobby was quiet, it was around 6:48 PM on January 25, 2026, and menus were on my table and the nearby tables, which reasonably suggested table service. I asked whether that approach matched the standards of a five-star hotel. The response tried to justify what happened instead of addressing the lack of service or apologizing. The tone felt dismissive and unprofessional, so I chose not to order. My experience at the lobby café in this five-star Tbilisi hotel called Baltimore Hotel was disappointing. This service doesn’t meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. I hope management reviews the café’s procedures and staff training to prevent the same thing happening to others.
