I live here. The balcony has wonderful views, and the air is fresh, far from the city noise. The administration is made up of very friendly and considerate people.

A great place to stay!

The landlord wouldn't cooperate on the price, and the neighborhood felt very bad. The apartment itself is nice and clean, but there's no bidet in the bathroom, and the only A/C unit is in the living room, not the bedrooms. The building has 25 floors and just one elevator. Its entrance is a long way from the street, up a steep slope, which is especially hard for elderly or overweight people. Cars can't get in because the parking is private. It's also very far from the center of Tbilisi, so I don't think it works for tourists. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here; for the same price, you could find a cleaner hotel closer to the city center.

The service was excellent and the place was comfortable. The rooms have no A/C, though, just one unit in the living room.

The owners are very friendly, and the place has all the amenities. There's an unparalleled view of the city, and the metro is a 20-minute walk away.
