We stayed in a twin room for one night. The beds were small and not very comfortable, though the shared area was lovely, with a lit fireplace where we enjoyed sitting and chatting with other guests. The guest house is close to the Stalin museum and the fortress, so the location is quite central. A very nice place overall.

We used the washing machine and cleaned our bikes. The room was okay, though old-fashioned, just like the photos. The hosts came and went quickly and weren’t there when we arrived. The house is set back from the road behind a gate, with the shared guest area downstairs and the owners living upstairs. Walk through the gate and call out loudly if you need to get their attention!

The shared space was good, but our room didn’t seem clean. The toilets were shared too, even though the description said we’d have a private one.

The beds were good and the location was great. I just don’t think Gori itself is worth an overnight stay.
