Ati Ambavi Boutique Hotel Gudauri

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home and added something special to the visit. Thank you for a pleasant, memorable stay!

The location was perfect, just steps from the ski pistes, and the view was breathtaking and truly unique. Waking up to that scenery felt magical. The staff welcomed us from the start and were so warm, kind, and caring. They even looked after our dog while we were skiing, which meant a lot to us. A special thank you to Slava, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We had an exceptional stay from beginning to end and will absolutely come back. This place has a special place in our hearts. 🤍

The rooms are a calm retreat with incredible views, and the design is sleek and minimal while still feeling warm. Ati Ambavi is a stunning sanctuary in Gudauri, with exceptional service. The restaurant adds to the stay with high-quality, beautifully presented dishes, easily the best dining spot in the area.

We had a very disappointing stay, with a discount that felt misleading and customer service that handled things poorly. The hotel puts a discount coupon for the resort residences in the rooms, but when we tried to use it, staff refused to apply it. They later said the discounted amount would be refunded, but the refund never came through, and our messages have been ignored since. The bar pricing was another problem. We were charged $115 for a bottle of wine that costs around $15 elsewhere. I strongly recommend checking the price before ordering. Also, the sauna and steam room weren’t working during the day. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel.
