New Gudauri, Red Co, Loft 1

The only real downside was not having enough room to dry all our wet ski clothes and gear. The apartments each have a small balcony with a decent view, and the rooms are compact but satisfactory. Everything worked and the equipment was well maintained. We stayed four nights and were happy with it. The building is right by the New Gudauri slopes, about 100 meters from the nearest lift. There's reception, ski storage with a locker for each apartment that opens with the door key, and several restaurants close by. Outside there's parking with EV charging, plus an underground garage. Recommended.

The room itself was in rough shape, with clogged pipes and dirty furniture. Also, the ground-floor ski room is pretty cold, and boots left there overnight won't be dry by morning. It's within walking distance of the lift, which is ideal, and the balcony has a nice view.

I booked this New gudauri loft 1 appartment through booking but couldn't leave a review there because of technical issues. For the price, it's one of the best places to stay. The room has all the amenities, and there's a supermarket on the ground floor. Mr Vladislav was very attentive and helped with every issue we had. He was always online, 24/7. The ski lifts and other ski places are just a 1 minute walk away. 10/10.

A bit noisy if your neighbor is loud, and the apartments are on the small side. Still, they're clean and new, and everything was good.
