Guest House Ilo

The pool was a real help on days when the sea had a red flag, even though I usually prefer the sea. Our room for two adults and two children was roomy and comfortable, with a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, bath and beach towels, blankets, and bathroom essentials. Everything felt nice and well made. The shared lounge on our floor was a big plus: it had a sofa, armchairs, a table, TV, dishes, glasses, and other things, so the children could sleep in our room while the parents relaxed there. There was also a washing machine, iron, and kettle on the floor. We stayed in September 2024. The guesthouse is cozy, clean, and lovely. The grounds aren't very big, but they're pretty and useful, with a hammock, swings, barbecue area, and clean pool. There are lots of well-kept plants, and you can tell the owners care about them. There's a cafe on site. Breakfast was included, and we often had lunch there too. The food was delicious, filling, and affordable. I tried to come up with a downside for a thorough review, but couldn't find one. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Natalia's omelet was unforgettable, an absolute masterpiece! We loved our stay, from the hospitable hosts to the excellent breakfasts, gorgeous courtyard, and pool. Everything was set up for a comfortable family holiday. We were at the hotel from August 20th to September 1st, 2024, and had a superb vacation. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll definitely return!

The beach is just a short walk away, and the host was welcoming. The grounds and house are beautiful, with plenty of room to relax, and everything is clean and cozy. There's a cafe where you can order all kinds of dishes, and Nato cooks everything really well. I'll definitely come back. Thank you, Paata, for the stay.

The portions are generous, so don't order too many at once. After sampling quite a few local restaurants, we chose this one for its excellent service, amazing food, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.
