It's a nice, relatively quiet spot to relax near the beach, though finding it the first time was a little tricky. The room is quite small, and not having a separate shower isn't very comfortable. Apart from that, it's a good place for the price.

The hosts at Lia Guest House were welcoming and decent, and they speak Russian. I had a wonderful stay, with the sea only a four-minute walk away. For a comfortable, friendly place to relax on the Kobuleti coast, this is one of the best I've found, and I'd highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts are kind and caring, and the location is wonderful. The house has everything needed, with three rooms, each with a bathroom, plus air conditioning and a TV in the room. There's also a canopy with a table and benches for sitting together in the evening.

I planned on staying one night but ended up extending my stay. The guest house was clean, had everything needed for a comfortable visit, and the hosts were friendly. The price was very reasonable for the quality. It's the best guest house I've stayed in, and I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic place to relax, absolutely the best. The other hotels are left in the dust ๐. Highly recommend!
