The owners made our time in Kutaisi. When one of us got sick in the middle of the night, they drove us to a pharmacy and stayed up until things were sorted out. Maja and her granddaughter were among the kindest people we met on the trip, and I can't praise them enough. The hotel is right by the city center park, with the farmer's market around the corner and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved staying here and wouldn't choose anywhere else in Kutaisi. Highly, highly recommended.

Everything around the centre was easy to reach on foot, and the location was excellent. Our room had a double bed and a bunk bed, so there was plenty of sleeping space. It was tidy, and the modern bathroom was clean. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The host didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate without any problems. I'd definitely recommend staying here in central Kutaisi.

Madame Maia really makes the stay. She looks after you as if you were her own child. Chveni Qalaqi is highly recommended. The room was clean and felt like a four-star hotel. Thanks for the great service.

The staff showed us wonderful Georgian hospitality and were amazing. The property is very well kept and clean, with an excellent location right in the city center.
