My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I had 200 dirhams stolen from my room by a member of the cleaning staff, which broke my trust and tainted the whole visit. The room cleaning seemed limited to making the beds and changing towels, with other essential tasks neglected. The Wi-Fi also often stopped working for hours, making it hard to stay connected or handle important matters. Breakfast was repetitive and unappetizing: boiled eggs, cold cuts, sausages, cookies, and untoasted sliced bread every day. When I asked for a toaster, I was told there wasn’t one. Bottled mineral water also wasn’t consistently available at breakfast, a basic amenity I expected for the price. On top of that, the breakfast staff kept complaining about my children making a mess. Their lack of understanding and tolerance made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The staff were very hospitable, and breakfast was amazing. The way they serve and treat you is outstanding. Rooms, bed linens, and towels were very clean, and there was both heating and air conditioning. It’s a pocket-friendly hotel I’d definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants are nearby, along with a vegetable market, pharmacies, and a money exchange, all a short walk away.

The beds were the main issue for me. They felt so stiff that I've had back pain for a month, though maybe I just slept badly, I'm not sure. The room itself was only so-so: it wasn't dirty, but it didn't feel fresh either.
