This isn’t a hotel, it’s a hostel for students.

Getting to reception means carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs, and there’s no help with it. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, with no sense of hospitality at all. Terrible service.

We stayed for 9 days with the kids. It felt just like home, with all the facilities we needed, and the staff were very friendly.

This doesn’t deserve a three-star rating. The breakfast was very ordinary, and there was a cockroach.
