We were able to check in an hour before the usual time without any trouble, and reception is open 24 hours. The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the center and handy for heading out of Kutaisi, though the entrance can be hard to spot at first. Our room was clean and well kept, with shampoo, slippers, and other basics. The rooms seem to have been divided from a larger space with plasterboard, so sound carries through the walls. We couldn’t see the mountains from our lower-floor room, despite booking a mountain-view room. The staff were very polite and helpful. Only a couple spoke English; some others spoke Italian and Russian as well as Georgian. We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast.

The breakfast was really tasty, and the hostess does a great job. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. I was surprised by how nice the stay was, with clean rooms and very soft, fresh towels, plus soap, shampoo, coffee, and other basics.

Breakfast was good, and the woman serving food and making coffee was especially attentive and nice. The hotel is small and close to the city center. My room was a bit tight, but tidy, with air conditioning and a smart TV. I’d recommend it.

The hotel was very clean, and free Netflix was a big bonus. Vina from the kitchen was really helpful. I’ll definitely check in again.

The rooms are really compact, and the electrical outlets aren’t placed very conveniently. There’s also a small window without a mosquito screen. On the plus side, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom floor was warm.
