The staff and owner were welcoming and accommodating, and getting the shuttle sorted was easy. We arrived at night after our flight and could still check in. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great base for seeing the city and finding restaurants. Just be aware there are a few stairs to climb.

The location made it easy to get around Kutaisi, with attractions and restaurants close by. There’s no hotel parking, so if you’re driving you’ll need to leave the car outside. Our late check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean, roomy, and had what we needed, including bathroom supplies and especially hot shower water. You can grab coffee in the kitchen. Pack light if you can, since there are stairs. I’d recommend it.

A handy spot for a short stay, with Kutaisi’s busy centre within easy reach and the place open around the clock. It’s a small, clean hotel tucked down an alley, and the AC worked really well. The mattress was thin and hard, though, so the bed could be better. The owner speaks Russian and just a little English. Good value for a night or two 😊

After I booked and planned my whole trip, the hotel asked me to cancel. That’s very unprofessional and shows really poor management. They told me to find somewhere else, but by then it was too late and I’d have to pay a lot more. If they can’t confirm bookings or take guests’ plans into account, why run a hotel? I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
