The owners, both uncle and aunty, are very kind and nice. The room was really clean, and the towels and bedsheets smelled nice. The water pressure was very strong, and it got hot quickly. The location is good too, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. Highly recommend it when visiting Kutaisi.

We stayed in room No. 4, which is for three people. It’s a good place for one night, and I’d definitely stay again. The rooms are quite small, though, and the windows sit a little higher than your height, so it can feel like there are no windows. On the plus side, it’s a new, modern hotel close to the city center, less than a 10-minute walk away, with a 24/7 market next door. The rooms were clean, and the friendly, smiling staff spoke good English. Soap, towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The heater and AC worked properly, and breakfast felt homemade. They served it right at our table as soon as we came into the lobby by reception.

The only real issue was the toilet smell, so I had to leave the fan running all day. Otherwise, the room was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and breakfast was nice. The staff made us feel welcome, and the old town is only a five-minute walk away. A very nice guest house.

Fine for a night or two, though getting comfortable took some back and forth. I had to ask the owners to switch on the boiler for hot water and bring a warm blanket.
