I left my bag behind when we checked out, and the hostess held onto it for a week. She communicated with me really efficiently and returned it to me. That says a lot about her kind, hospitable nature. She's incredibly warm and welcoming, speaks good English, and clearly puts a lot of effort into keeping the place tidy and clean. My room was clean too. I strongly recommend staying here!

I was the only guest, and it was very quiet, with nice, clean rooms. The host spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and was much appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped, with coffee and tea available freely. Bathrooms were clean, and the showers worked with hot water and good pressure. There are lots of spots to sit and relax outside, and you can have a BBQ too. A great place for cyclists to unwind.

The garden is gorgeous, full of flowers and beautiful plants, with lovely spots for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Luka Guesthouse is comfortable and very nice. The hostess is so kind and happy to answer questions, and she speaks excellent English, which makes it easy for visitors to communicate. Absolutely recommend it, and we hope to come back soon!

There’s a supermarket nearby, and the owners were really kind, even driving us where we needed to go. The house has a lovely covered spot for gatherings in the garden. It feels traditionally Georgian, with a few modern touches like a nice bathroom and air conditioning in one room.

The host was nice and talked us through possible treks in the area, but the room smelled unbearably musty. We couldn’t sleep all night. We were also asked to keep the windows shut so the cats wouldn’t get into the room.
