Breakfast was the highlight, with a different spread every day, lots of traditional Georgian dishes, and everything delicious. We also tried wine made by the owner's sister, which was great. The owner is kind, helpful, and fluent in English. Our clean, spacious room had a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a heater, which mattered during our winter visit since I heard not every Mestia guesthouse has a radiator. Restaurants are five minutes away on foot, the center is close, and shops are right next to the house. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Mestia!

We'd definitely come back. Thank you, Irma and Levan! The kids had plenty of room to play in the garden, and the center and restaurants were a 5-15 minute walk away. Our spacious, clean room had a private bathroom and comfy beds. The young couple who own the place speak English and are always ready to help with requests or suggest trips. The semi-open covered terrace is lovely for evenings with a glass of dry Georgian wine. Ask for Kakhetian Kisi at Chanterelle, they have good supplies, and it was the best wine I had in Georgia.

Inside, it was warm and comfortable even though it was freezing outdoors. The owner speaks fluent English and was so kind that we felt welcome throughout our stay. We had our own little kitchen, separate bathroom, and bedroom. It was perfect.

It felt like staying with good friends, such a great experience. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were large and clean with private bathrooms, and breakfast was delicious. The location was good too.

Breakfast costs an extra 10 Lari per person and was delicious, and you can also buy what I thought was the best red wine in Georgia. The host is really nice and speaks good English, so it was easy to talk about anything. The recently renovated room was clean, fresh, and cozy, with very soft beds. Awesome place to stay, I recommend it.
