We had to cancel and find another apartment that night, which was difficult. We’d booked through Booking and had an email confirming our stay and asking when we’d arrive. We replied but never heard back by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text. We drove to the property hoping someone might be there, but nobody showed up. A woman who lives in the complex tried calling people to help us, but nobody answered. If they don’t reply, don’t count on the booking. Find somewhere else if you want to avoid the same experience.

I loved everything about this place while staying in Tbilisi. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the hostess made us feel very welcome. The design has such a cozy, colorful, happy feel to it. It’s quiet and close to the city center. You can walk or take the underground from Marjanishvili station. I’ll definitely come back sometime soon.

The apartment was convenient and very good value. It’s in a residential area in central Tbilisi, not far from the main road, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby. There’s no private parking, so we had to park on the roadside. Check-in was easy and quick. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious living room and sofa. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, and the other necessary kitchenware. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The bathroom is quite small, with a shower cubicle that doesn’t seal completely, so water can leak out. There’s no bathroom carpet.

The apartments were awesome, with everything close at hand, from the location to the rooms. “Cozy” doesn’t even cover it. The people there were a big help too. This is where my fun journey in Georgia started!

A perfect spot for a longer stay, clean, cozy, and easy to find. It’s central but still quiet. Kudos to the hosts for the open balcony and the wild design.
