Svaneti Countryside 2 Chalet

Latali is a peaceful village about 10 minutes from Mestia, with a couple of tiny basic grocery shops and a bakery, but not much else. That made Ksenia’s cabin a quiet spot, and we loved our short but wonderful stay. The cabins are beautifully built and have everything you might need while staying there. We highly recommend the place and its lovely host.

The setting is full of beautiful nature, with a scenic mountain road, and we loved being able to bring our dogs. The property has a small enclosing fence and gate. Inside, the design is thoughtful, the house was spotless, and the lighting indoors and out was well planned. The view is breathtaking. Our host replied quickly online and took care of our questions. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. A few things could use attention: check the appliances and shower drains more thoroughly, clean buildup and mold from the shower corners, add more small knives since there was only one alongside plenty of large meat knives, and provide more metal bowls for cooking. I keep coming back to Svaneti Countryside, and always enjoy the stay. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, a great place to unwind. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. The cottage was cozy and very clean, with a modern interior that paired natural wood with a quality renovation. Internet was reliable and there was hot water. Outside, the fire pit, barbecue, hammock, covered gazebo, and folding chairs made it easy to relax while taking in the mountain views. We were six friends with our dog, staying in the countryside near Mestia. The price felt reasonable for the comfort and facilities, and I’d recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet nature retreat.
