There wasn’t any running water in the toilet, and there were bed bugs. The room was in awful shape, with lots of dust and dirty linens. The pillows were heavy and hard, the mattresses uncomfortable, and everything seemed old and smelled bad. We regretted using your service.

We expected a quirky stay, but the hotel turned out much better than we thought. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and even gave us a late check-out for free. Our room was 100 GEL a night, with 70 GEL and 120 GEL options also available. It was nicely equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a great location.

The price was very affordable, and we had a good week with the family here. The place was clean and warm, everything worked, and there was a nice cafe. Rustavi was pleasant to explore on foot, and I loved jogging early in the clean Georgian air. I wish we’d made it up to the cross on the hill above town. Maybe next time.

It’s a striking Soviet era building and apparently the best hotel in Rustavi, so I suppose there’s little to complain about. The staff are polite and pleasant, though they don’t speak English. The WiFi was good and the place was very clean and tidy. My room could use a place to hang clothes, a kettle, a heater, and air conditioning. The restaurant serves drinks, but no hot or cold food.

The meals were okay, but the cafeteria was crowded and there was no security there. I didn’t really love the place. In December the rooms were warm and comfortable, although the heating system kept sparking and wasn’t working properly.
