The room was simple but comfortable, and the common garden had fantastic views. The hosts were friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Since the location is central, it was easy to take day trips and find food afterward without facing a steep climb back up to the hotel.
There was a kitchen for cooking and a washer for clothes, and the owner was very friendly and always available on WhatsApp. I had a cozy stay: the beds were comfortable, the rooms warm, and there were hot showers. The view of Gergeti church and the mountains was great.
The room had a fantastic view, and the countryside setting made it easy to feel comfortable and connected to Georgian culture. The owner was so welcoming. As soon as we arrived, she offered us hot tea, coffee, oranges, and pastry, and she helped with the things we needed during our stay. We had an awesome time here!
We went in January 2022 with friends and had a simple place that suited the surroundings. The guesthouse had three rooms with double beds, at least in the part we were assigned, so for a group of 4-6 people it could feel like a private apartment, with an en suite bathroom in each room. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and shared some of her eggplant with walnuts, a local dish. It was a good deal for the price. We'd recommend it, and some of my friends have already returned.
The mountain view when you wake up is hard to put into words. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and warm, and the owner welcomed us with tea and sweets. She was kind, and when we had a problem with the kitchen gas, she offered to cook our food for us. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. If I come back to Kazbegi, I'll definitely call you.
