Lovely staff, a great breakfast, and the best view.

Gvantsa at reception was amazing, always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Thanks so much for making the stay with my husband so lovely. We’ll come back for sure. The rooms were very clean, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the location on top of the mountain was nice, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Irina, the hostess, owner, and cook, was so friendly and kind. She stayed up waiting for us until midnight after we were delayed by the weather and drove carefully in the evening. Breakfast, which she cooked fresh, was a five out of five: plenty of food and a wide selection. The hotel is new, cozy, and clean, with comfortable rooms and more than enough heating. It’s right beside the mountain, so there’s fresh air and a wonderful nature view. The outside terrace is still under construction, but I believe it’ll be a lovely summer terrace when it’s finished. Happy to recommend the hotel, and I’ll come back!

I only stayed a few days and I already miss the place. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but the service deserves a special mention. Guanza at reception, hope I spelled that right, was attentive, helpful, and a delight. And those views are jaw-dropping: watching Mt. Kazbek from bed at sunrise or sunset was mesmerizing.
