We ended up in Stepantsminda after heavy snow shut the road between Vladikavkaz and Tbilisi, and our minibus driver brought us to this hotel. I was considering booking somewhere else, but Nuki was so kind that I decided to stay. That turned out to be the right call. Nuki welcomed everyone and quickly gave rooms to those who needed them, asking us to come back later for check-in, payment, and passport scans. She even helped a few people find other hotels when they thought this one was a bit expensive. The rooms were nice and clean, and the views were amazing. Breakfast was free in the morning, and she drove us to the nearest place that sold local SIM cards. I'd stay again if I visit Stepantsminda.
