Good value, and it looks fine from the outside. In the room, though, basic things were missing, like a table, cup, tissues, and clothes hangers. The bath gel and shower are very basic and below standard. After showering, the toilet floor was wet and felt dirty.

The food at the hotel was terrific, and the service was outstanding. After hiking each day, my family and I ate dinner there every night. We also liked the seating area for drinks. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, and the rooms were lovely. Ours had a beautiful mountain view and a well-stocked bathroom with robes. Breakfast was the one letdown. The eggs and coffee were good, but fresher fruit, cereals, and fresh bread would have helped. Just so Americans and Europeans know, breakfast around this area is served at 9 AM. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Mood Hotel and would definitely come again.

The decor was lovely and cozy, but the restaurant made us feel so unwelcome as outsiders that we left. The young boy who translated for us was the only exception. The owner made it clear they didn't want us there. A very unpleasant experience.

The owner was really sweet and upgraded my room. I loved the beautiful decor, and the upstairs sitting area had an incredible view where I spent a lot of time. It's a quick 10-minute walk downhill to the main road.
