The owner speaks fluent English and was really nice and helpful. We were lucky to find parking near the hotel, which was a bonus. The location is in the centre of the old town, and breakfast on the terrace was delicious on both days with plenty of choices. The terrace also has a fantastic view. The rooms could use a bit of updating to feel more modern.

The owner is a very friendly lady, and dinner was super. Breakfast was sufficient, and the rooms, though small, were very clean. It's a lovely old building with stunning views over the whole city from the terrace, and the position works very well for visiting old Tbilisi.

Mari's cooking made the stay for me. I took a class there where we made khachapuri, khinkali, and eggplant, and breakfast was incredible every day. Sitting out on the terrace felt special, and they also sell wine. It's a steep climb up, but the view from the terrace makes it worth it. I loved my stay here.

The woman who runs the hotel is lovely and kind, and she'll help with whatever you need. The balcony view is breathtaking. Rooms are comfortable, with nice beds, AC, and a bathroom, and the location right in old town is great. A perfect place to stay in Tblisi, book it!

Marie, the owner, is the best part, with her energy, smile, and the smell of her dinners. You feel at home here. The rooms are very good and the view is mind-blowing. It's in the old town part of Tbilisi, a lovely area for a walk with a nice atmosphere.
