The views are amazing, and the facilities are new, but communication was really bad. She couldn’t understand me about anything involving money, and I ended up overpaying. I was completely alone at the hotel the whole time, with no guests and no host. The double rooms don’t have balcony seating, only the triple rooms do. Even though there weren’t any other guests, they couldn’t provide me with a chair and table. I moved to a triple room and paid 50% more. The view really is great, though.

The location overlooks beautiful mountains and nature, and the peaceful atmosphere was something we really enjoyed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d choose it first if I return to Kazbegi. Many thanks to the receptionist and the whole staff for their hospitality. The front desk lady, I think her name was Tamo, though I might be mistaken, was especially kind and hardworking. She always greeted guests with a warm smile and made our stay even better.

The road to the hotel is very difficult if you’re driving. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, maybe because Kazbegi is cold all year. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and every room has a mountain view. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Diana. Thank you, Toliketi.

We had a balcony room with a stunning view of Kazbek, and downstairs there’s a little terrace where you can have tea or coffee. The place is clean, tidy, and the staff are friendly, especially Mariyam). It’s a good hotel for what the rooms cost. The one downside was a smell in the toilet.
